Key Responsibilities

Meta, Google Ads - High volume lead generation

• Own end-to-end lead generation across
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

LinkedIn Ads

• Build, optimize, and scale high-converting funnels
• Lead magnets, landing pages, forms, WhatsApp & CRM flows
• Drive qualified leads at scale with strong CPL and ROI focus

Continuously test:

• Creatives, copies, audiences, hooks, CTAs

Track performance daily:

• CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, conversion ratios
• Collaborate with content, sales, and tech teams for funnel optimization
• Take complete ownership of numbers, not excuses

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 – 8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Proven success in scaling paid acquisition campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Experience  in EdTech, Career-Tech, Education, SaaS, or high-growth B2B/B2C businesses is highly preferred.

• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong understanding of:
